How does the guarantee program work

- We guarantee to sell your home in 60 days, at a price, time and terms agreed to by the seller and the Rasic Team at RE/MAX, at the onset of the listing or I will pay you $1,000!*
- If your home sits on the market for longer than 60 days from the time we list it, we will continue to market it aggressively but pay you $1,000 at closing.
- We will market the home to buyers at its full market value. If the market receives your home at any price higher than the guaranteed price we agree on, you get the benefit of the higher price.
- If we don’t do exactly what we say we will at any time during the contract, you can cancel the contract.*
