Located south of Old Milton, Bronte Meadows is one of Milton’s older neighbourhoods. The majority of development here occurred in the 1970s with a variety of housing options including bungalows, split-level homes on wide lots, two-storey homes and affordable townhouse complexes. Bronte Meadows Park is a large green space situated in the middle of the neighbourhood that provides many recreational options for residents of this neighbourhood. These include two tennis courts, a baseball diamond, a basketball court, children’s playground and a splash pad. The John Tonelli Sports Centre nearby even has a single pad ice rink that is used for organized and recreational hockey as well as pleasure skating.
